What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Orofacial myology refers to the science and clinical knowledge of targeting the muscles of the mouth and face at rest, when speaking, chewing, and swallowing. Abnormal positioning and use of the orofacial complex could be considered an orofacial myofunctional disorder (OMD).

During myofunctional therapy, we aim to promote optimal orofacial development. We help strengthen, re-pattern, and normalize the tongue, lips, jaw, and facial muscles through a series of specialized exercises.
